SOUL BRAIN Senior Dance
UCC’s “Soul Brain” event was a groovy success! Local senior citizens this month got to showcase their soul, style, and smiles for a fun-filled evening at the West Side Park Community Center as they enjoyed the classic sounds of Motown, R&B, and disco.
The event also served as an impactful reminder to encourage our seniors to stay active and healthy through dancing and exercise, which has proven to help reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s and support overall brain health.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for this unforgettable night of music, movement, and community. At UCC, we’re proud to celebrate and uplift our seniors with events that bring joy and connection!
