If you or someone you know are in need of food, baby items, clothing, shelter, energy assistance, pending eviction or mortgage assistance, at risk of lead exposure at home, are a victim of a crime, and/or need youth development activities or young adult vocational training we have a department here to help!
The Shop with a Hero Holiday Event is new spin on the national “Shop with a Cop” campaign operating in conjunction with the Community Action Partnership of New Jersey. 250 Children receive $100 gift cards to go shopping with local heroes! Fire Fighters, Police Officers, Educators, Community Leaders and much more! We hope that this continues to create an environment for a child and a hero to build a lasting bond and mentorship. This could not have been done with the generous support, time and dedication from collaborators to help select our heroes and children for this event. Thank you so much for all of the work you’ve done to make this event a success.
