UCC 2nd Annual Partners Breakfast

UCC hosted, in partnership with Devils Youth Foundation, local partners and resource providers across Greater Newark for a morning of networking, collaboration, and inspiring change in the community at its 2nd Annual Partners Breakfast.

The event was hosted June 16 at the Prudential Center Lounge in Newark, bringing together community partners to enjoy a warm breakfast and discuss new opportunities to work together.

Attendees also heard testimonials from clients who received multiple UCC services such as utility assistance, rental assistance, food assistance, and participated in the NJ BUILD program through the Youth Education and Employment Services Department. Their stories highlighted the real-life impact of UCC’s work and the critical role of its partners in making that impact possible.

UCC Executive Director Craig Mainor reflected on the importance of community partnerships in driving the agency’s mission forward.

“These gatherings are not only a chance for our partners to come together to network but also an opportunity to recommit to the work,” Mainor said. “We thank everyone who joined us for our Partners Breakfast as it reminds us that community growth happens when we come together and find ways to inspire change.”
