UCC embarked on a staff retreat this month to Camp Vacamas in West Milford, NJ, dedicated to team-building and community service. The day kicked off with energizing icebreaker games, breaking down barriers and forging connections among the staff. As the morning progressed, interactive challenges encouraged teamwork and problem-solving skills, setting the stage for deeper collaboration.

After a satisfying luncheon, the afternoon was filled with various activities, including rock-climbing, basketball, and team-building exercises like a giant skis challenge.
